Our COVID-19 procedures and business continuity
As the COVID-19 situation continues to rapidly evolve, ISW, Prominic, and Belsoft (Three Thirds Collaboration) are closely monitoring this very fluid environment, and making decisions and recommendations based on the current daily State and Federal health advice and information. At Three Thirds Collaboration, our top priority remains the safety, health and well-being of our people, our clients and our communities.
Effective immediately, our teams are:
• Where possible, encouraging staff to work from home for the immediate future
• Minimising onsite customer meetings and onsite consulting, with a preference for remote video conferencing
• Minimising external visitor access to any of our offices. If visitors do arrive, ensuring visitors follow safe hygiene practices
• Enacting our Business Continuity Plan to manage advice of any suspected or diagnosed COVID-19 cases within our teams or close contacts.
• Working with our customers to ensure remote access exists, where possible, to ensure project and services commitments are not interrupted
• Refraining from any international travel
• Reducing any domestic travel, unless essential and approved by the employees Manager
• Promoting awareness of the relevant countries regulated self-isolation policies and best practice advice
• Maintaining social distancing of 1.5m at all times
• Refraining from the ‘handshake’ culture
• Encouraging staff to practice hand hygiene frequently: washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds as well as use of an alcohol based hand sanitiser
• Encouraging routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces at home and in the office, including wiping down of any contact surfaces with alcohol based wipes. This is encouraged for employees working from home, as well as increased office cleaning for those unable to participate in this work from home arrangement.
• Encouraging use of a disposable tissue when sneezing and coughing.

We are doing our part to contribute to the well-being of all our staff, customers and their families.
In such difficult times as these, through the use of digital technology solutions, we are well positioned to continue to support our Customers in a seamless manner. We leverage the use of collaborative platforms such as HCL Connections and Verse to enable working from home, along with the use of Zoom video conferencing. All interactions via phone with our staff, Service Desk and Reception will remain unchanged.
